A politician's family waits in the green room on election eve - will the speech be a celebration or a concession? The last 350 votes have yet to come in, and the nerves rattle the family into a comic whirlwind of wild theories, long-held secrets, and a revelation that nobody saw coming.

THE STORY... OF HOW IT GOT MADE

Election Night was selected for the 2015 Cannes Film Festival, and initially chosen as one of eight films to participate in AFI's prestigious Directing Workshop for Women 2014. Directed by filmmaker Tessa Blake and written by Blake and her husband, Ian Williams, Election Night stars Peri Gilpin (Frasier), comedian Jake Johanssen, dynamic young actress Caitlin Zambito, and the adorable and hilarious Cole Jensen (Crash & Bernstein).
